Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering courses assigned.
Provide a learning environment that supports student success.
Teach and train classes as assigned in workplace and campus locations.
Teaching load is a combination of non-credit projects and credit hours.
Maintain student attendance grades and other information.
Develop materials as necessary for the effective delivery of the curriculum.
Assist in the identification of facilities and equipment needs in the classroom.
Encourage students to enroll in credit and non-credit opportunities.
Participate in training and professional development as needed.
Collaborate and cooperate with the Ivy Career team.
Be able to teach effectively online.
Conduct all activities with appreciation and respect for all people styles and views.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to teach assigned credit or non-credit courses effectively.Knowledge of the subject area demonstrated through education and/or professional experience.

Ability to work in a culturally diverse and team environment.

Required Qualifications
Associates degree or industry-related certification along with 5 years of related work experience.
Knowledge of Basic Construction Electrical Pneumatics systems PLCs.
Certifications to teach courses such as: OSHA 10 & 30 (General and/or Construction) MSSC-CPT (Manufacturing Skill Standards Council - Certified Production Technician) NIMS CNC (Computer Numerical Controls) or SACA Certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 3 years related experience
