Job Title: MD DNB General Medicine Consultant

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose health issues.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient medical history and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients about health management and preventive care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in hospital rounds to discuss patient care with the medical team.
• Engage in continuous professional development and medical training.
• Lead clinical research initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide emergency interventions when required.
• Utilize telemedicine services for patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Conduct health fairs and community outreach programs to promote wellness.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Supervise junior medical staff and interns during their training.
• Regularly review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results.

Qualifications:

• MD / DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing medical education.
• Experience in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of advanced medical practices and protocols.
• Competence in performing hands-on clinical procedures.
