Job Summary:

As our operations continue to grow we are seeking a highly capable and motivated Operations Manager to help drive efficiency client satisfaction and team performance.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring service excellence managing personnel and contributing to strategic business goals. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight
Lead the day-to-day management of company operations ensuring efficient delivery of security services.
Design implement and refine operational processes and procedures to boost productivity and maintain service quality.
2. Team Leadership
Supervise coach and support a team of security and administrative personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and identify skill development needs.
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability collaboration and professional growth.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive client relationships addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align service delivery with client expectations and market demands.
4. Budget and Resource Management
Manage the operational budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all operational activities are compliant with industry regulations internal policies and safety standards.
Conduct routine audits and risk assessments and implement corrective actions when needed.
6. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
Support the development and execution of strategic goals aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Analyze operational data to identify performance trends and implement improvements to drive efficiency and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management preferably within the security or service industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of operational success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
