Job Description

This is a remote position.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Admin to join our team. This role is primarily focused on administrative support and data entry with a key responsibility of processing invoices through Simpro to support our Accounts Payable (AP) workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong data accuracy skills be process-driven and capable of supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive team and broader business.

  • Accurately enter supplier invoices into Simpro ensuring all required information is included.

  • Review invoice details for accuracy and completeness before submitting to AP.

  • Maintain organised records of invoices and related documentation.

  • Assist with filing scheduling and general office coordination tasks.

  • Liaise with internal teams or external vendors as needed for invoice clarification or follow-ups.

  • Support with ad hoc data entry and admin projects as assigned.

  • Monitor inboxes or shared folders for incoming invoice files or documentation.



Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in service admin support role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially in data entry.

  • Experience using Simpro or similar job management/accounting platforms (highly desirable).

  • Understanding of basic accounts payable processes.

  • Strong time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel).

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
