Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on and proactive Manager Renewable Energy Projects to oversee the and maintenance of solar projects. The role calls for a solid technical background on-ground project expertise and the ability to manage multiple project sites effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead installation and commissioning of solar projectsdelivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with clients vendors contractors and internal teams for effective implementation.
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress troubleshoot issues and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and client-facing communication.
Resolve site-level challenges and ensure projects remain on track.
Enforce safety and environmental standards across all active project locations.
Qualifications & Skills
B.E./ or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
34 years of on-site experience in solar project and O&M.
Deep understanding of PV systems installation processes and maintenance protocols.
Strong problem-solving coordination and project management abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with project tracking and management tools is an advantage.
