4 star Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate SPA Manager to oversee the daily operations of its wellness facilities including spa gym and fitness programs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strong background in spa and fitness management a passion for holistic health and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa wellness and fitness departments.
Manage spa therapists fitness instructors and support staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience through personalized wellness programs and high service standards.
Develop and implement spa and fitness service offerings promotions and wellness events.
Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness across all wellness facilities ensuring regular maintenance and safety compliance.
Handle client inquiries feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate inventory of spa products and gym supplies and coordinate procurement.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards including staff certifications and operational practices.
Collaborate with the hotel marketing team to promote wellness packages and special offers.
Provide reports on spa performance including revenue tracking customer feedback and usage trends.
Education:
Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration Sports Science or a related field (preferred).
Professional Certifications:
Spa therapy certification (e.g. CIDESCO IPHM ITEC)
Fitness instructor certification (e.g. ACE AFAA)
First Aid/CPR certification
Relevant health & safety accreditation is an added advantage
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a spa wellness center or hotel fitness facility.
Key Competencies & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in spa and gym management software (e.g. Mindbody EZ Facility) and MS Office Suite.
Strong leadership people management and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-service orientation and high attention to detail.
Passion for wellness fitness and holistic health.

Aged between 25 39 years.
Smart appearance and well-groomed.
Energetic proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Adaptable to a dynamic fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong sense of accountability and work ethic.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and public holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and carry out light physical tasks such as fitness equipment checks.
Must be based on-site with possible travel to other properties as required.
