Job Description
Manager Notes:
- This position will be onsite WHQ for the hybrid work schedule
- This role is within the Business Operations and Corporate Services group focusing on high quality products self-empowerment sustainable products and globally responsible practices.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Transition Manager you will lead and execute strategic transition and change initiatives that support our evolving business operations with a focus on procurement inventory and delivery planning. Drawing on your deep expertise in change management communications and stakeholder engagement you will:
- Develop and implement detailed demand inventory and procurement plans across categories and product types to support our global distribution strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.
- Design and deliver change management strategies communications and training programs that support system transitions vendor onboarding and process improvements.
- Analyze and validate data to identify trends risks and opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and profitability.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into project performance inventory health and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable user-centered solutions.
- Support executive leadership with strategic guidance clear communications and timely updates throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Apply a people-first approach to change ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption across impacted teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors Degree required plus minimum 5 years directly relevant experience including comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
- Experience with procurement projects specifically professional services experiment projects a plus but not required
- Ability to wear multiple hats including change management communications and project management
- Strong communication skills comfort with ambiguity and team player mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools a plus
