Job Description

Manager Notes:

  • This position will be onsite WHQ for the hybrid work schedule
  • This role is within the Business Operations and Corporate Services group focusing on high quality products self-empowerment sustainable products and globally responsible practices.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Transition Manager you will lead and execute strategic transition and change initiatives that support our evolving business operations with a focus on procurement inventory and delivery planning. Drawing on your deep expertise in change management communications and stakeholder engagement you will:

  • Develop and implement detailed demand inventory and procurement plans across categories and product types to support our global distribution strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.
  • Design and deliver change management strategies communications and training programs that support system transitions vendor onboarding and process improvements.
  • Analyze and validate data to identify trends risks and opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into project performance inventory health and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable user-centered solutions.
  • Support executive leadership with strategic guidance clear communications and timely updates throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Apply a people-first approach to change ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption across impacted teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors Degree required plus minimum 5 years directly relevant experience including comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
  • Experience with procurement projects specifically professional services experiment projects a plus but not required
  • Ability to wear multiple hats including change management communications and project management
  • Strong communication skills comfort with ambiguity and team player mentality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools a plus
