This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Operations Support:
- Coordinate daily schedules for installation repair plumbing and template teams
- Work closely with the COO to maintain and adjust master schedules as needed
- Ensure all schedules are updated in real-time to reflect operational needs
- Use tools such as Moraware (Systemize & CounterGo) Zoom Workplace and Google Sheets or Excel to manage tasks and update schedules
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support workflow efficiency
Client Communication & Follow-Up:
- Confirm appointments communicate any changes and follow up after project completion
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service through professional and timely communication
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work and appointment setting OR SCHEDULING
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proficient in:
- Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- CRM and scheduling software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
