About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Managing Director / General Manager to lead the full scope of operations for a premium manufacturing company. This executive role carries responsibility for both operational execution and sales performance requiring a leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering results. The position is based in Cebu and requires coordination with international branches in North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities mitigate risks and position the company for sustainable growth.
- Lead business transformation and innovation initiatives.
Operational Management
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business operations optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Align all operational efforts with overarching business goals.
- Execute strategies defined by the executive team and company owners with operational precision.
Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Carry overall sales targets and be accountable for achieving the company s revenue objectives.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Must have a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and delivering strong business results in previous roles.
Supply Chain & Global Coordination
- Oversee and strengthen the global supply chain collaborating with teams in North America and Europe.
- Manage inventory logistics and supplier relationships to meet production and delivery goals.
- Ensure effective supply chain planning and responsiveness to customer demand.
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of 100 150 employees building a high-performance culture.
- Develop strong leadership within the team through mentoring and succession planning.
- Cultivate collaboration and clear communication across departments.
Financial Management
- Oversee company financials ensuring profitability cost efficiency and compliance.
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
External Relations & Brand Representation
- Serve as the company s representative to key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Strengthen brand positioning through public and professional engagements.
Act as a steward of the company s mission values and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager or Managing Director in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Proven ability to lead organizations of 100 150 employees.
- Strong background in supply chain management and working with overseas teams especially in North America and Europe.
- Solid manufacturing experience particularly in industries producing high-end low-volume or bespoke products.
- Experience in high-end furniture manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in Cebu or the Visayas Region or open to relocation.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas; a strong commercial background is essential.
- Outstanding communication leadership and execution skills.
- Able to bridge strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Financially savvy with experience overseeing P&L and driving sustainable business growth.
