Salary Budget: 350000 - 400000 Naira Net Monthly

10% Commission of net revenue generated from external corporate bookings parties and events brought in by the candidate

Job Overview: This is an unconventional sales role focusing on bringing in corporate bookings private parties outdoor catering to offices and end-of-year events.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities building relationships with corporate clients and driving event-related revenue for both restaurants
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for corporate bookings private events and outdoor catering.
Conduct regular sales calls and face-to-face meetings (2 3 times weekly) with corporate clients and prospects.
Build and maintain a corporate client database on Excel including contact details and meeting records.
Submit weekly lead sheets and follow-up reports to track activities and ensure accountability.
Represent the brand professionally during client interactions and networking events.
Collaborate with the General Managers to create customized event proposals for clients.
Achieve agreed sales targets and drive incremental revenue through corporate partnerships
Requirements:
OND/HND/Bachelor s Degree in any course.
Previous experience of 3-5 years as Corporate Sales Manager within the hospitality industry is highly required
Strong network in Victoria Island Ikoyi and Lekki areas with knowledge of MNCs and key corporate players.
Background in hospitality sales is essential ideal candidates could be former Sales Managers Banquet Managers or those who have handled corporate events and private parties in hotels or restaurants.
Proven ability to build a corporate client database and generate leads
Excellent persuasion negotiation communication and interpersonal skills are required
