We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage and support core HR functions including employee communication onboarding offboarding documentation handling and offer rollouts. This role is crucial in fostering a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle of employment.

Employee Communication
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support in conducting employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
Assist in drafting and disseminating official communications (emails announcements circulars).
Onboarding
Coordinate pre-joining formalities background verification and document collection.
Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
Ensure a smooth integration experience for new hires including IT and admin coordination.
Offboarding
Facilitate exit interviews clearance processes and final documentation.
Ensure proper handover and deactivation of accesses.
Maintain attrition reports and support in analyzing exit trends.
Documentation
Maintain and update employee records contracts and HR databases.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory and company-specific documentation.
Manage digital and physical HR records with confidentiality and compliance.
Offer Rollout
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather offer inputs and approvals.
Prepare and issue offer letters and related documents.
Track and follow up on offer acceptances and joining dates.
