Requirements
What You ll Do
Own optimise and secure all internal tooling (PSA RMM documentation quoting billing automation).
Act as internal product owner for all client-facing platforms and toolsets.
Drive automation AI and scripting to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
Lead security and compliance best practices (ISO27001 GDPR vendor governance).
Collaborate closely with Sales Tech and Finance teams to align tools with business goals.
Influence and update internal standards as part of the leadership team.
You ll Bring
Experience in a managed services or IT solutions environment.
Strong technical background with internal systems SaaS platforms and tool integration.
Working knowledge of automation (e.g. Power Automate scripting) and modern AI tools. You must have proven experience of Automating a project. We dont mind what automation tool you use be it PowerShell or Power Automate or whatever as long as you can describe how you automated a project.
A mindset for continuous improvement and high operational standards.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO27001) is a plus.
