As the Marketing Operations Business Partner you will serve as the critical link between our central marketing function and our operations teams across multiple sites. Your role will be to provide tactical and strategic marketing support helping site leaders achieve their business goals through localised marketing initiatives campaign execution and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main marketing liaison for operations across multiple locations.
Plan coordinate and execute site-specific marketing campaigns in line with national strategies.
Analyse local market trends and customer insights to inform campaign design.
Partner with operations teams to support promotions events and customer acquisition initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all sites.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency in marketing delivery.
Track and report performance metrics providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with content digital and analytics teams to tailor marketing materials to local needs.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a marketing operations field marketing or business partner role.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across various sites with minimal supervision.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience in a multi-site retail healthcare or services environment is a plus.
