Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Office Representative to join our team in Orlando FL. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and organized front-desk environment serving as the first point of contact for clients visitors and internal staff.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
