The Regional Pilates Director will work report to the Regional Vice President of Operations. This individual will work directly with Vice President of Pilates Sr. Club Directors and General Managers as well as Pilates Managers to institute necessary change through monthly metric reviews and collaborative mapping of action plans. This role will provide on-going training and development of Pilates Managers in a given area to subsequently ensure the integrity of meeting and exceeding financial goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and review all club reporting needed to evaluate state of business and monthly progress
- Develop and implement regional strategies to frow the Pilates business in partnership with the RVP & VP of Pilates
- Provide regional and/or club priority sales training workshops for managers and instructors to drive the sales culture
- In collaboration with General Managers train Pilates Managers how to coach develop and manage instructors
- Implement and successfully execute initiatives and strategies given by the Vice President of Pilates
- Partner with Pilates educators on hiring and helping students with studio time
- Assist managers in recruiting hiring and onboarding instructors
- Monitor client feedback and retention metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications :
- Applicants must be based in Chicago or relocatable
- Certified on all Pilates apparatus and/or have completed a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training program with a minimum of 400 hours or willingness to complete a Pilates teacher program
- Prior experience with multi-club management or oversight
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships between all departments in the clubs to ensure communication and teamwork
- Proven track record in coaching and developing managers
- Strong individual sales skills and proven success with driving a strong sales culture
- Experience hiring training and directing staff who match our high-end hospitality and customer service focused brand and culture
- Superior instructional and coaching abilities - i.e. an ability to lead a curriculum and create strategies for learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen to members clients colleagues and staff
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to create accountability through structured timelines
