Eclick Softwares and solutions is looking for Business Development Executive
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role involves research lead generation client meetings sales presentations and negotiating deals to expand the companys customer base and market presence.
Experience - 1 year to 5 year
Salary - 15000 to 30000
Location - Kolkata/Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
Attend industry events conferences and meetings to expand professional networks.
Provide feedback on customer trends market conditions and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in business development sales or a related role.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
