Drives pure OEM sales defining strategies with key accounts
Cooperates with other channels to deliver projects and retail sales
Close cooperation with other channel sales teams marketing customer service and logistics team to achieve agreed results and outcomes expedite resolution of customers problems ensuring customer satisfaction
Reporting: Reporting of current trading activity reporting market analyses and customer needs problems interests using Sales Force (CRM) following and driving KPIS defined (sales turnover growth customer retention new products growth AR)
Personal development: Upskilling through participation in seminars and trainings appointed by company
Qualifications :
Experience in construction and / or durable technology industry
Education: Engineering / Business Background in Bachelor degree or plus
Number of Years in similar position: 2-3 years
Foreign Language: English Cantonese Mandarin
Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel PPT
Excellent interpersonal relationships
Experience in field sales in the past
Experience in the negotiation techniques and collaboration with the client
