Alternance - Chargé de Communication et d'Accompagnement au Changement (H/F)

Within this apprenticeship you will:

• Collaborate on an international scope with the Change Management team to understand the scope and objectives of upcoming changes within the organization in line with our 2030 Ambition;

• As part of the HR & Organization function support change managers in the  successful implementation of change dimensions: management communication collective awareness & mobilization collective & individual skills.

In order to do so your main activities will be to :

• Create deliverables (communication kit training content digital workshop engagement study etc.) for implementing change management plans.
• Support communication efforts and co-animate Change Management trainings being proactive and creative.
• Lead the Change Champions network and the Change Academy: intranet events (regular webinars virtual cafs etc.).
• Stay informed about the industry best practices & trends regarding change management and bring new ideas and insights to the team.

Dans le cadre de votre alternance vous :

• Collaborerez sur un primtre international avec lquipe de gestion du changement pour comprendre la porte et les objectifs des changements venir au sein de lorganisation conformment notre Ambition 2030
• Soutiendrez dans le cadre de la fonction RH&Organisation les managers du changement dans la mise en uvre russie des dimensions du changement : communication de la direction sensibilisation et mobilisation collective comptences collectives et individuelles

Pour ce faire vos principales activits seront de :

• Crer des livrables (kit de communication contenu de formation atelier numrique tude dadhsion...) pour la mise en uvre des plans de conduite du changement
• Soutenir les efforts de communication et co-animation de formations au Change Management en tant force de proposition et de crativit
• Animer le rseau Change champions et la Change Academy : intranet vnements (webinaires rguliers cafs virtuels...)
• Rester inform(e) des meilleures pratiques et des tendances de lindustrie en matire de gestion du changement et apporter de nouvelles ides lquipe.

Qualifications :

• You are pursuing a degree in human resources communication or attending a business school. 
• Previous experience (through an apprenticeship internship or school projects) in the field of change management project coordination or communication is an asset. 
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Excellent communicator (both written and oral) with strong interpersonal skills (collaboration problem-solving mindset active listening teamwork empathy).
• Creativity and proactive mindset.
• At ease with digital tools: Microsoft Office Suite video editing software Klaxoon Canva or other similar collaborative tools.

• Vous prparez un diplme en ressources humaines communication ou intgrez une cole de commerce.
• Une exprience pralable (par le biais dun apprentissage dun stage ou de projets scolaires) dans le domaine de la gestion du changement de la coordination de projets ou de communication est un atout.
• Matrise de langlais et du franais
• Excellent communicant ( lcrit et loral) et solides comptences interpersonnelles (collaboration esprit de rsolution de problmes coute active esprit dquipe empathie)
• Crativit et force de proposition.
• A laise avec les outils numriques : Microsoft Office Suite outil de montage vido Klaxoon Canva ou autre outil collaboratif similaire.
