Like CIMA the IT Business Solutions department is growing rapidly. The person selected for this position will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organizations digital transformation. Reporting to the Manager Software Development you will be a strategic asset in the integration and optimization of implemented or developed business modules and applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as functional expert for modules and applications developed by the development team
- Act as functional analyst for the operation and optimization of third-party applications
- Analyze and document business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and propose solutions aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
- Configure and optimize modules and applications developed to support various business processes
- Collaborate with business experts the IT team and other functional analysts to ensure seamless integration of processes and functionalities
- Oversee periodic application updates to identify impacts evaluate new functionalities and ensure business continuity
- Develop and execute functional test scenarios
- Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of tools and processes
- Maintain documentation of configurations processes and best practices
- Participate in user support for the various modules and applications under the teams responsibility
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- University degree in computer science business administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years experience as an analyst
- Proven expertise in functional analysis and testing
- Knowledge of D365 Power BI Power Automate SharePoint SQL Server would be considered an
- Versatility and learning speed
- Bilingualism: proficiency in French and English at intermediate to advanced level (oral and written) to be able to communicate with all CIMA colleagues across Canada.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in an agile and collaborative environment
