Job Description

At Procore were looking for a globally-minded individual to craft world-class Employee Communications. This individual will support the Chief People Officer and their organization to develop company-wide employee communicationswhether thats through enterprise-wide communications channels and engagement campaigns event experiences or creative ways to bring to life stories about Procores people culture and priorities.

As a successful Employee Communications Manager you must bring experience communicating within a public company and expertise in crafting compelling messaging for global audiences at scale no matter the topic. You will join a team navigating a fast-paced environment where your passion for using communications to engage and inspire employees will support the growth of Procores business. 

This role reports to the Senior Manager Enterprise Communications and can work remotely from any US location. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Support Employee Communications on behalf of Procores People organization.

  • Manage internal communications channels inclusive of developing the content as well as planning the sequencing and timing for its release.

  • Support Procores quarterly global town hall meetings and other large employee events and experiences.

  • Create ideas and stories to inspire Procores employees reinforcing how our individuals support Procores business priorities and strategies.

  • Creatively use different communication formats such as live events videos emails to most effectively engage with employees.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using AI-powered analytics making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Stay informed about industry trends AI adoption and developments to provide strategic communication advice to Procores People organization.

What were looking for: 

  • 8 years of experience in Employee Communications Executive Communications or a related role.

  • Previous experience writing communications in support of Chief People Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer

  • Background in technology communications.

  • Experience leveraging and applying AI for communications.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and tactics.

  • Ability to work effectively and build trust with senior leaders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.


Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $114400 - $157300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
