What Youll Do

  • Help generate a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with decision-makers within Japans top enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct thoughtful research and personalize outreach using email phone LinkedIn and field events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to run campaigns that reflect Nexthinks value and relevance in the Japanese market.
  • Contribute ideas to localize and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Clearly articulate Nexthinks value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal).
  • A university degree in business communications or related fieldor relevant work experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Youre confident collaborative and customer-focused.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.
  • A positive team-first attitude with a desire to learn and grow quickly.
  • Prior experience in SaaS enterprise tech or sales development is a plus
