About the role :
We are inviting applications from candidates for undergoing CS training as prescribed by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The area of exposure shall include:
- Corporate Secretarial
- Corporate Governance
- Store Compliances
- Contract Management
Qualifications :
- Passed either CS Intermediate or CS Final from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Proficient English & business communication verba and written
- Sound understanding of Companies Act 2013 Secretarial Standards and best Corporate Governance practices.
- No disciplinary concerns
Additional Information :
This is position is based at Saket New Delhi India and reports to Regional Head of Legal Nisha Prabhakar Khurana.
This position is a fixed term position for a period of 21 months.
