We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that the housekeeping team delivers exceptional service maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities on the floor to ensure all areas meet company standards.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Assign tasks and manage the scheduling of housekeeping staff.
Train motivate and evaluate housekeeping team members.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages and needs.
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and safety procedures.
Preferred:
Diploma in Rooms and Hotel Management or equivalent.
Experience in hospitality or hotel environment.
