- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Improving Customer Satisfaction for Field & Zero Km
- Project management & proto validation for various mobile application and attainment of KPIs
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams
- Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments
Qualifications :
B.E. Mechanical with 5 - 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills / Exposure :
- In-depth Products Knowledge (Fault finding trouble shooting assembly dis-assembly Testing)
- Trouble shooting skills
