Job Description
1. Creating and Maintenance process documents (P-FMEA CP WI Routing etc.)(P-FMEA CP WI Routing etc.)
2. Monitoring the process deviation Data collecting and analysis
3. Problem Solving for process related topics( Q / C / D)( / / )
4. Prepare fixture for new products
5. Coordination of value stream projects(assembly process optimization fixture optimization etc.)...)
6. Coordination of assembly new sample plan Validation of new process and new MAE
7. StaB process time analysis and optimization. StaB
Qualifications :
-Bachelor degree or above mechanical or automotive related major
-With 3 years assebmly and testing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
-Have knowledge and experience in mechanical product assembly and testing
-Have knowledge about FMEAControl plan SAP
- Good ability in construction of mode concept standard definition etc.
- English in listeningspeaking reading and writting
- Team player independent work and self motivation
