Glowingbud is looking for a Senior MEAN Stack Developer (Team Lead) with 8 years of experience to lead a team in developing world-class SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MEAN (MongoDB Angular stack strong expertise in multi-tenant SaaS applications and a solid understanding of microservices architecture. The role requires leading development efforts optimizing performance for high-traffic applications and ensuring scalability in production environments. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Frontend & Backend developers to build scalable and high-performance SaaS products.

Full-Stack Development: Develop optimize and maintain front-end (Angular) and back-end MongoDB) applications.

SaaS Product Development: Architect and enhance multi-tenant SaaS applications with high availability and security.
-
Server-Side Rendering (SSR): Implement and optimize SSR applications to improve performance and SEO.
-
High-Performance APIs: Design and develop efficient RESTful APIs using and MongoDB.
-
Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices ensuring modularity scalability and maintainability.

Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for large-scale traffic and high user engagement.

Database Management: Ensure MongoDB database performance tuning indexing and query optimization.
-
Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards conduct code reviews and implement best development practices.
-
Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.

Production Scalability: Ensure the application handles large data and concurrent users efficiently in a production environment.

System Engineering: Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize deployment monitoring and security.
Qualifications:

8 years of experience in MEAN Stack development.

Experience in sprint planning and agile methodologies.
-
Strong expertise in Angular for front-end development.
-
Experience working with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) applications.

Proficiency in & MongoDB for backend development.
-
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex SaaS applications.
-
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and basic system engineering.
-
Experience in optimizing web applications for large-scale traffic and performance.

Strong understanding of MongoDB schema design indexing and query performance tuning.

Experience in handling large datasets and high concurrent users in a production environment.

Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.

Experience with Scalable REST APIs

Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

Knowledge of AWS GCP or Azure for scalable cloud solutions.
