Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Service Manager with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing ideally with hands-on experience in systems such as the Toyota Production System (TPS) or Alcoa Business System (ABS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and eliminating process waste while fostering a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
This role is responsible for coaching and mentoring both management and operational staff on Lean tools and techniques ensuring the integration of Lean principles into daily manufacturing operations.
