What You ll Be Doing
- Contact warm inbound leads via phone SMS email and social channels.
- Qualify leads using our pre-defined scripts and criteria.
- Build rapport and educate potential clients about Brelex Media s services and results.
- Set and schedule high-quality appointments for our Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback and optimize lead quality.
What We re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting cold calling or inside sales ideally in the coaching consulting or marketing space.
- Communication: Clear confident and persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Driven: Self-starter with a hunger to win and exceed targets.
- Organized: Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools call software and scheduling platforms.
- Preferred: Background in working with coaches consultants or within the digital marketing industry.
