This is an on-site position based in India.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist in the of training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career progression discussions.
- Coordinate office operations and support administrative tasks.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to track recruitment and employee performance.
- Prepare reports on HR activities and present data to management as required.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and employee grievances in a professional manner.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or office administration.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
- Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
