Job Description

Job Title: HR Office Admin

This is an on-site position based in India.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in the of training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career progression discussions.
  • Coordinate office operations and support administrative tasks.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track recruitment and employee performance.
  • Prepare reports on HR activities and present data to management as required.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee grievances in a professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or office administration.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Experience in creating HR reports and metrics.
