Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team develop performance-driven strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with proven leadership capabilities and a track record in scaling sales operations. The position involves team leadership KPI management and hands-on involvement in closing deals and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit train and mentor new and existing sales team members.

  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the sales team and monitor progress.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to align messaging and lead-generation efforts.

  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue growth by supporting the team in lead conversion and deal closures.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through consultative sales approaches.

  • Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Develop strategic business plans to expand client base and ensure strong market presence.

  • Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for senior management.

  • Manage sales team expenses and optimize resource allocation for client presentations and events.

  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes tools and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

  • 7 years of sales experience with 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to build lead and scale a high-performing sales team.

  • Experience developing sales strategies client pitches and closing processes.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings presentations or industry events.

  • Strong communication leadership and team coaching skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales performance tracking.
