We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team develop performance-driven strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with proven leadership capabilities and a track record in scaling sales operations. The position involves team leadership KPI management and hands-on involvement in closing deals and building client relationships.
Recruit train and mentor new and existing sales team members.
Set performance goals and KPIs for the sales team and monitor progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to align messaging and lead-generation efforts.
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue growth by supporting the team in lead conversion and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through consultative sales approaches.
Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Develop strategic business plans to expand client base and ensure strong market presence.
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for senior management.
Manage sales team expenses and optimize resource allocation for client presentations and events.
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes tools and training programs.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
7 years of sales experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to build lead and scale a high-performing sales team.
Experience developing sales strategies client pitches and closing processes.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings presentations or industry events.
Strong communication leadership and team coaching skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales performance tracking.
