We are searching for a talented RN Supportive Care-VNA

*$15000 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation

Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven MA

• $15000 New Hire Sign On with 3 years of RN ED experience
• $12000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of RN ED experience
• $10000 New Hire Sign On with 1 years of Hospital RN Experience OR Less than 1 year RN ED experience
• Rehires termed greater than 1 year are eligible

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• Two years recent hospital medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of I.V. pump and central line maintenance preferred.
• Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care which is appropriate to the population of patients served.
• Proficient computer skills including experience with various software database and electronic records programs is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and RI is required.
• Hospice & Palliative Care Certification will be required within eligibility timeframe of 2 years if not certified at time of hire.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
• Evidence of current CPR certification.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
