Job Description

As Sr. Maintenance Operations Manager II youll lead maintenance and sustainment lifecycle operations for information technology systems ensuring effective warranty and quality management support. This role requires collaboration with government and warranty support points of contact to maintain compliance with policies and optimize operational processes. The analyst will also provide innovative solutions to troubleshoot issues and enhance client satisfaction.

What youll do:

  • Lead maintenance and sustainment lifecycle operations and interface with government and warranty support POCs.
  • Manage the warranty and quality management support services for a portfolio of information technology systems and equipment.
  • Conduct records management and ensure compliance with inventory warranty and maintenance policies.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of client trust and confidence and creatively think outside the box to assist with troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions that fit customers needs.

What youll need to succeed:

  • An active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • A bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years specialized experience in maintenance support of information technology systems and/or communications equipment.
  • Expertise in quality management support services leveraging knowledge and skills of Total Quality Management principles Lean Six Sigma and/or ISO-9001 Quality Management System standards and methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven experience conducting maintenance inspections corrective/preventive actions and accurate records management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise in maintenance operations.
  • Ability to analyze maintenance data to identify trends optimize processes and improve decision-making.

SALARY RANGE: $97000 - $124000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

  • The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
