Job Description

As a Remote Revenue Operations Specialist you will be responsible for optimizing the processes systems and data that drive revenue growth across the sales marketing and customer success teams. You will support operational efficiency through performance reporting CRM administration pipeline management and strategic enablement initiatives that enhance the full revenue lifecycle.

This role bridges strategy and execution requiring a data-driven mindset systems knowledge and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to deliver insight drive process alignment and improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and optimize core revenue operations processes including lead lifecycle pipeline health territory planning and forecasting

Manage CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and ensure data accuracy cleanliness and user enablement

Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support revenue decision-making (e.g. MQL to SQL conversion sales velocity churn)

Collaborate with sales marketing and customer success teams to align on SLAs handoff workflows and reporting structures

Support sales enablement programs by maintaining playbooks onboarding processes and toolkits

Monitor and report on funnel performance and revenue KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities for growth

Partner with RevOps leadership to conduct quarterly business reviews and support OKRs and GTM strategies

Evaluate and integrate RevOps tools and platforms (e.g. Outreach Gong LeanData Clari ZoomInfo)

Assist in capacity planning compensation modeling and quota assignments for GTM teams

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) across RevOps systems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing Operations or related field

2 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Ops Marketing Ops or Business Analytics

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) reporting tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Excel) and GTM tech stack

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and influence business outcomes

Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills in remote settings

Familiarity with sales and marketing funnel metrics revenue forecasting models and customer lifecycle stages.
