You will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients by analyzing needs implementing solutions and ensuring customer success with the organizations offerings. Youll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams contributing to project planning execution training and post-implementation support.
This role blends technical knowledge business acumen and strong client-facing skills. Youll manage multiple projects or service engagements helping clients optimize their use of products services or systems and providing tailored recommendations to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals technical requirements and operational challenges
Provide expert guidance configuration and support during implementation or adoption of services platforms or technologies
Facilitate discovery sessions workshops and user training both virtually and in distributed environments
Translate business needs into actionable deliverables configuration settings or change recommendations
Collaborate with project managers engineers support teams and product specialists to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor project timelines deliverables and scope escalating risks or issues proactively
Document processes requirements and solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders
Deliver reports dashboards or presentations to demonstrate progress and ROI
Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to proposals scoping calls and demos
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and reliable delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or related field
2 years of experience in professional services implementation consulting or customer success roles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for virtual client-facing engagements
Experience working with CRM ERP SaaS or industry-specific platforms (Salesforce Workday NetSuite ServiceNow etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Google Workspace and project management platforms (e.g. Asana Monday Smartsheet Jira)
