Introduction

MADEC Australias Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and VIC. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social physical and other barriers that impact a persons ability to attain and maintain employment by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.



Description

About the role

Reporting to the Manager - Central Support you will manage staff enquiries and provide critical support to our operational sites undertaking tasks that enhance performance across the organisation. This is a Full time position based in Mildura.

  • Manage daily staff enquiries conduct audits and provide feedback on Provider Appointments and job search assessments;
  • Monitor Participant MORs guidelines and contractual requirements ensuring compliance;
  • Build professional relationships with internal MADEC staff and provide practical support to participants;
  • Use reporting to identify performance gaps and ensure KPIs are achieved within required timeframes;
  • Maintain accurate participant files and information systems.

  • Outstanding customer service skills;
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Well-developed emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to manage conflict and navigate challenging situations professionally;
  • Experience working with KPIs and achieving performance targets.

A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
