Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Lead Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain Planning team and play a key role in driving transformation and improvements across our third-party operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Supply Chain to develop and execute accurate supply plans that meet customer needs and support company growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead a team of 10 planners across various countries accountable of the supply of more than 400 suppliers both Equipment and Chemicals products

  • Set performance review monitor KPIs (Order placed on time Order confirmed Order delivery on time) and lead actions to maintain and improve

  • Manage the supply of a large product portfolio: Accountable for the Supply plan of products to ensure customer requirements are met through

  • Support the team on back-orders resolution with Supply Chain stakeholders and take necessary actions to expedite deliveries avoiding disruption to our customers

  • Utilize project management skills to lead complex large scope/business impact continuous improvement activities

  • Coordinate and execute tactical actions to meet service and inventory target

  • Utilize root cause analysis and Kaizen methodology to identify failures/waste and find sustainable solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relations with supply chain stakeholders (vendors procurement network planners)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 6 years of experience in Business Supply Chain or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in Supply Planning

  • Strong business acumen and experience with the divisions markets customers and products in the demand plan

  • High quality of work and engagement in assigned tasks using your proactiveness problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Very good organizational and time management skills and know how to meet deadlines

  • Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo

  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPIM Certified

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel and Power BI

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • Ability to work in an international matrixed environment
