Your day in the life of a Lion Studio Manager

Being part of Lion Design team your will report into the Head of Design and collaborate with connections marketing shopper marketing and external agencies.

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Connections team with a particular focus on the in-house Design and Creative teams ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality compliant creative assets.

This role drives executional excellence resource management and team operations to support brand and marketing objectives.

We are seeking a passionate individual who challenges the status quo and maintains a holistic big-picture view across all active and incoming projects.

  • Manage the end-to-end workflow and scheduling of creative jobs and lead daily WIPs trafficking and prioritization of jobs.
  • Introduce develop and maintain studio processes systems and tools to optimize productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Oversee budget tracking for Lion Design including freelance costs and external supplier management
  • Manage resourcing plans freelance requirements and studio capacity forecasting in line with campaign and NPD calendars.
  • Ensure version control asset library organization and usage rights management across all design outputs.

To be successful you will bring

  • Previous experience within a large corporate studio operations team
  • Strong organizational project management and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams including designers artworkers and freelancers in a fast-paced high-output studio.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Process improvement mind set
