Job Description

Pay range:
$43.54 - $65.31The Clinic Nurse assesses plans implements evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred
Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg.
Electronic health record experience required.

How much will this job pay
Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidates years of relevant experience and internal equity.
