Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting.
Two years of accounting experience.
Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
Strong skillset in Microsoft Office suites especially Word and Excel.

This Accountant team member will be responsible for supporting the Divisions diversified accounting processes including accounts payable accounts receivable records and document retention and processing tracking and reconciling on-line financial and credit card transactions travel claims pro-card transactions purchase orders ensuring payment of monies held in trust for other agencies and specialty organizations and periodic grant and statistical reports. The position serves as a Department authority in technical accounting issues and is responsible for ensuring consistency efficiency and overall quality of accounting and fiscal records. This position does not supervise other personnel.
