Job Description
Your Tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M365 and Azure Developer with expertise in Logic Apps to join our enterprise productivity team. In this role you will design develop and implement multi-faceted solutions to digitalize business processes across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in defining technical architecture establishing standard practices and coordinating with both internal and external development teams to ensure high-quality timely deliveries.
- Solution Development:
Design develop and implement scalable solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms with a focus on automating and digitalizing business processes using Logic Apps Power Platform and associated Azure services. - Architecture & Standards:
Define technical architecture and best practices for enterprise productivity solutions. Establish coding deployment and integration standards to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables. - Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate the work of external development teams ensuring requirements are clearly communicated solutions are aligned with business goals and deliveries meet quality and timeline expectations. - Mentorship:
Mentor and guide internal and external team members on M365 Azure and Logic Apps best practices development standards and solution design. - Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders solution architects and project managers to gather requirements propose solutions and deliver value-driven outcomes. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digitalization automation and the adoption of new technologies within the M365 and Azure ecosystems. - Standard Practices:
Develop and document standard operating procedures reusable patterns and templates for solution delivery and team onboarding. - Quality Assurance:
Oversee code reviews testing strategies and deployment processes to ensure robustness security and maintainability.
Your Profile
Required:
- 6 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Logic Apps Power Automate SharePoint Online and other M365 productivity tools.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions Azure AD and API Management.
- Proven experience in defining solution architecture and leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and upskilling development teams.
Preferred:
- Experience developing solutions using and React.
- Exposure to integrating with OpenAI LLMs or other generative AI/ML APIs.
- Experience working with external (vendor/partner) development teams in a distributed environment.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure and/or M365 technologies.
