Tomlinson is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events and Marketing Lead to oversee the planning execution and strategic alignment of company events and manage a variety of day-to-day marketing duties including. This role is pivotal in driving the companys internal and external engagement through event management merchandise strategy and integrated marketing campaigns. In addition to managing the Events and Merchandise Coordinator and Marketing Assistant the Events and Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with creative digital and sales teams to deliver high-impact brand experiences.

This position is full time in the office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic planning and delivery of internal client-facing and community events (10500 attendees) ensuring consistent branding messaging and quality.
- Approve and manage event and merchandise budgets including forecasting tracking and post-event analysis.
- Direct the merchandise strategy for the Red Army Store and employee gift programs including product selection vendor coordination inventory and promotional planning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with sales goals and strategies.
- Contribute to company branding and content development (e.g. web email signage video).
- Collaborate on digital content social media and branding across platforms and mediums (e.g. web email video signage).
- Represent the marketing function in cross-departmental meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through campaign performance reviews event feedback and data-driven insights.
- Lead and mentor the Events and Merchandise Coordinator and Marketing Assistant ensuring effective planning execution and reporting across all initiatives.
