About Us
For over 40 years Womens Legal Service Victoria (Womens Legal) has championed womens rights to live free from violence. We are a dedicated team with a passion for working with women and non-binary people to live free from violence and discrimination by:
Providing high quality integrated legal services for Victorian women and non-binary people who are victim-survivors of family violence and disadvantagedor marginalised by structural and systemic barriers.
Building the capacity of professionals who work with women and non-binary people to better understandthe law and navigate the legal system safely.
Advancing gender equality by challenging unsafe and discriminatory policies andlaws and informing and advocating for legal and policy initiatives that respect andpromote the rights of women and non-binary people.
About the Role
You will develop and deliver best practice family law and family violence e-learning courses that build the capacity of professionals and communities to respond appropriately to the needs of women experiencing relationship breakdown or violence.
About You
You will be an experienced instructional designer or educator with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for creating high-quality engaging e-learning courses. With strong project management skills you can plan develop and refine educational materials with ease. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills a creative problem-solver and committed to advancing gender equity through education.
