Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role you will be responsible for crafting intuitive user-friendly interfaces that enhance the digital experience across our platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual design stays current with UI trends and tools and thrives in a collaborative environment. If youre eager to turn ideas into visually engaging products and work closely with developers and stakeholders we d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
- Assist in designing UI components layouts and interactive elements.
- Translate UX wireframes into visually appealing UI mockups.
- Develop and refine design assets for various digital platforms.
Team Coordination & Learning:
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and design critiques.
- Receive mentorship and feedback from Senior Interface Designers.
- Take initiative in learning new UI design trends and tools.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with developers to ensure correct implementation of designs.
- Assist in preparing design documentation for handoff to development teams.
- Support client and stakeholder presentations with design insights.
Quality & Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to UI design standards and best practices.
- Ensure all designs follow accessibility and usability guidelines.
- Conduct self-reviews to check for consistency before submission.
Creative Support & Execution:
- Assist in refining design elements to ensure high-quality output.
- Work on minor revisions and enhancements to improve design consistency.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Learn and contribute to UI best practices and evolving design systems.
- Explore and suggest improvements to UI workflows.
Technical & Development Collaboration:
- Prepare assets optimized for different screen sizes and resolutions.
- Maintain organized file structures for efficient design handoff.
Documentation & Standards:
- Update and maintain the UI component library under senior guidance.
- Follow documentation guidelines to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator.
- Understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for better design-development collaboration.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create UI prototypes and design assets.

- Attention to Detail - Ensuring visual precision in all designs.
- Eagerness to Learn - Actively improving design knowledge and skills.
- Collaboration & Communication - Effective teamwork and open to feedback.
