POSITION DETAILS
As a Program Coordinator at Aura Behavioral Health you will work under the guidance of Clinical and BCBA Supervisors to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services in home school and community settings. This is a growth-focused position that provides foundational experience in assessment treatment planning and team collaboration.
Essential Functions:
Assist with the administration of functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
Help develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide direct oversight coaching and support to Registered Behavior Technicians
Monitor and summarize client progress through accurate data collection and analysis
Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the supervising clinician
Attend team meetings and collaborate with external providers as needed
Maintain organized and timely documentation from intake through discharge
Apply a variety of ABA techniques including DTT NET PECS and naturalistic teaching strategies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A bachelors degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of applied behavior analysis marriage and family therapy child development special education psychology or related field
BCaBA certification QASP-S or similar
Demonstrated understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention practices
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
