About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including all-electric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales and market expansion for light commercial vehicles.
Sales & Business Development Managing sales targets establishing partnerships and driving revenue growth in the LCV sector.
Product & Market Analysis Conducting market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
Dealer & Network Management Overseeing the dealer network and ensuring strong relationships with distribution partners.
Operational Efficiency Coordinating with supply chain production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities Managing budgets pricing strategies and profitability for the LCV segment.
Cross-functional Collaboration Working closely with marketing aftersales R&D and corporate teams to align strategies.
Regulatory Compliance & Standards Ensuring all LCV operations comply with local and
international regulations.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master s degree in Business Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the LCV Sales sectors.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
