As a Working Student / Temporary Assistant in Customer Service (gn) youll support us in guiding companies and employees through our well-structured leasing process. Youll help answer questions and provide information ideally putting a smile on someones face in the process.

- You respond to customer inquiries via phone and email always friendly solution-oriented and with a smile in your voice
- You carefully maintain and update customer data in our system
- You communicate professionally with lessees retailers and service providers ensuring smooth processes
- You support our team with internal projects and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our customer support
Your profile
- You are an enrolled student or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You are available to work in the late afternoon and on Saturdays
- Youre eager to learn new topics and enjoy being a hands-on team player
- Youre communicative service-oriented and known for your reliable accurate and independent way of working
- Youre confident using MS Office and ideally have first experience with CRM systems
- You speak at least business-fluent German (C1)
