Job Title: MD DNB General Medicine Consultant

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations to diagnose medical conditions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patients individual health needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies.
• Provide education to patients and families on disease management and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient interactions.
• Perform procedures and assessments in accordance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Stay current with medical advancements and apply new knowledge to practice.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance professional skills.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Adhere to ethical medical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff and interns.
• Respond to medical emergencies with swift and appropriate actions.
• Conduct research to improve patient care and treatment methods.
• Advocate for patient needs within the healthcare system.

Qualifications:

• MD DNB in General Medicine or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of medical principles practices and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficient in managing electronic health records and healthcare technologies.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care provision.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
