Job Title: MD DNB Pulmonologist General Medicine Visiting Consultant

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose pulmonary conditions.
- Develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients needs.
- Perform detailed physical examinations and comprehensive medical histories.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and imaging studies.
- Manage chronic respiratory diseases including asthma COPD and lung infections.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on lung health and disease prevention.
- Provide consultation services to healthcare facilities and practitioners.
- Stay updated on advancements in pulmonary medicine and treatment methodologies.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical literature as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Serve on hospital committees to improve patient care standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training in pulmonology.
- Address emergency respiratory situations as required.
- Advocate for patient safety and quality care within the organization.
Qualifications:
- MD or DNB in Pulmonary Medicine or related field.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pulmonary consultation.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to handle emergency situations and critical care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
- Active participation in professional organizations and continuous education.
- Research experience in pulmonology is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate approach towards patient care.
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with patients consistently.
- Availability to accommodate flexible consulting hours.
