What You ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with AS/Ind AS IFRS/GAAP standards
- Manage accurate financial reporting and timely audits
- Drive internal controls and financial governance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable general ledger payroll investment accounting
- Lead compliance reporting taxation (GST) and budgeting
- Support the CFO with insightful financial data for decision-making
- Work on ERP/SAP systems for efficient financial operations
Key Performance Metrics:
- 100 adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards
- Timely closure of audits and compliance tasks
- Accurate reporting to drive strategic business insights
- Robust internal control environment
Must-Have Skills:
- CA Qualification with 5 8 years post-qualification experience
- Deep expertise in:
- Financial Reporting & Budgeting
- Accounts Payable/Receivable General Ledger Payroll
- Investment Accounting Taxation GST Internal/External Audits
- ERP/SAP Systems
- Experience in a product-based company (software/hardware)
Good-to-Have:
- CFA or CPA certification
- Strong analytical mindset to derive actionable financial insights
