We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Office Cook to join our culinary team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and the ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that cater to a diverse workforce. You will be responsible for daily meal preparation menu planning maintaining kitchen hygiene and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our employees with the food provided. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily meals for employees ensuring a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- Plan weekly menus and manage ingredient sourcing based on dietary requirements.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand food preferences and accommodate allergy concerns.
- Monitor food inventory and report any shortages to the management.
- Adhere to budgeting guidelines to manage costs effectively.
- Develop new dishes and enhance existing recipes to keep the menu exciting.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a cook in an office or restaurant setting.
- Proficient in preparing vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Must have a genuine passion for cooking and a keen sense of food presentation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexible with work hours and willing to adapt to changing menu preferences.
- Education qualification is open; culinary training is a plus.
